Jessica, the treatment coordinator, was absolutely wonderful — she took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process feel stress-free and manageable. Jake and Adrienne, the dental assistants, were both so kind, attentive, and professional. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time and kept things moving smoothly while still being personable and reassuring. Dr. Castillo was excellent — knowledgeable, gentle, and thorough. She explained the treatment in a way that was easy to understand and made me feel confident that I was in great hands. The entire team works seamlessly together, and it really shows. I genuinely felt cared for and respected throughout my visit. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental practice with an incredible staff and top-quality care.
